About Us

Fast Lane Talent is a boutique agency located in Charlotte, NC.  We offer union and non-union talent of all ages for film, television, commercials, industrials, voice-over, and commercial print.

Established in 2005,  FLT began as an exclusive stunt agency specializing in stunt drivers, doubles, and professional pit crew members for NASCAR themed films, commercials, and running footage.  In 2014, we expanded to include an acting division with "real people" types to meet the demands of the film industry in the Southeast.   Several of our actors have talent in other areas of the entertainment industry that naturally transition over to film such as comedians, musicians/singers, athletes, and former race car drivers.  We remain small on purpose.  Our actors find that they get more one-on-one feedback, guidance, and increased opportunities at submissions.  We are fully committed to the growth and success of all of our talent and we take pride that many of them come from internal referrals.

Combined, our staff has over 25 years of experience in the film industry working alongside producers, directors, casting directors, advertising agencies, and actors.  This experience has afforded us the opportunity to learn the expectations of all sides.  We understand that quality talent is critical to a project’s success.   We find satisfaction in connecting our talented actors, stunt performers, and pit crew to casting directors and productions around the country.   Contact us to learn more about all of our professional talent.

Genna Long, Fast Lane’s founder and owner, brings over 18 years of Production Management/Producing experience to our agency. She spent her first two years in the film business as a casting assistant.  From there she started working in production and has managed and produced 100+ national and regional commercials, as well as  documentaries.

Renee Vesci, Talent Agent for Fast Lane, began her film journey as an actor and achieved SAG Eligibility. She moved into Production and one of her first assignments was working as Jason Alexander’s personal assistant for the film "Shallow Hal" (shot in Charlotte). From there, she worked for over ten years as a freelance Production Coordinator for commercials and national tours.

Allison Rose, New Faces Director, started her acting experience on various stages in NY at a young age.  She received a Media Studies degree in VA before embarking on a freelance television career in Charlotte both behind the scenes and in front of the camera in 1999.  She brings casting experience, as well as vast production knowledge from years on set.
